If you are enrolled in a course that is not a regular, 16-week semester, please note that drop and withdrawal dates will be different for non-standard 16-week semester courses.
To avoid any unexpected issues, be sure to check the Online Flex Course Schedule for the correct dates and refund information.
Before submitting your Withdrawal Form, make sure you have this course info:
- Course Subject (MATH, ENGL, MUSI, etc.)
- Course Number (0301, 1301, 1314, etc.)
- Course Section (0001, 0H01, 0W01, LW01L)
- Professor’s Email (from your syllabus)
You’ll find Items 1–3 in your AccessKC Student Account under your schedule. The professor’s email is listed on the syllabus you received on the first day of class.
